Shops that are CBW-recognized use general terms and conditions that provide you as a consumer with extra protection. This means that you receive extra protection for your down payment, your warranty and in the event of complaints. Want to know more? Read about CBW-recognized here .
warranty
4x6 sofa offers a standard 30-month warranty.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, situations resulting from improper maintenance or no maintenance at all, assembly and installation that does not comply with the instructions for use, the transfer of other objects and substances, as well as stains from food, liquids, etc.
The 4x6 sofa products are not suitable for use by pets. When pets use the 4x6 sofa product, the warranty on the fabric will expire and when used intensively by pets, the warranty on the interior will also expire.
The warranty on SALE sofas or showroom models is 12 months.
prices
The prices mentioned are all inclusive of VAT and in Euro. All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typographical errors. In the event of printing and typographical errors, 4x6 sofa is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price.
pay
You can pay at 4x6 sofa in two ways:
1) by deposit of €300 via your bank. The remaining amount + shipping costs you pay at the latest 2 days before delivery via the bank.
2) via Ideal: the entire amount + delivery costs at once, immediately upon purchase.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and payment instructions from 4x6 sofa within 24 hours.
Cancel order: You can cancel your order within 14 days. To do so, contact 4x6 sofa by email or whatsapp: hello@4x6 sofa.com or whatsapp 06 - 20 53 47 81, stating your order number and the name you ordered with. We would also like to hear the reason for cancellation.
to deliver
Each sofa is custom made especially for you. After your order and the €300 deposit via bank or iDEAL payment, we will place the order with the factory. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. As soon as we know when your order will arrive in our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Because the sofas are made individually and by hand (no mass production), delays in the process can sometimes occur. 4x6 sofa cannot be held liable for a delayed delivery time.
When your sofa arrives at our warehouse, we will deliver your sofa within 2 weeks. Should your delivery be delayed and not be able to take place within those 2 weeks, we can store your sofa for €12.50 per week or part thereof.

return
Returning sofas and elements after delivery is subject to a fee, namely €350 for a sofa consisting of 2 elements, and €100 for each additional element, so for a sofa consisting of 6 elements we charge €750 return costs. If you wish to return a sofa, please contact us at hello@4x6 sofa.com. Please state your order number and we would like to hear why the sofa is being returned. You will then be credited with the order amount within 14 days of receipt of your return, minus the above-mentioned costs.
Previously incurred delivery costs will never be refunded, only the bank charges will be refunded.
If you return an item, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and preferably also in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging or the packaging is no longer in reasonable condition, you can still return your purchase. However, we reserve the right to deduct an amount to cover repacking and possible repair of the product.
complaints
If you wish to make a complaint about an item purchased from 4x6 sofa, please contact service@4x6 sofa.com before the warranty period expires. We will then ask you to fill in a complaint form. Based on this information, we will then try to find the right solution for the complaint. During the assessment, we will check whether the complaint is based on a production error and/or material error or is due to normal wear and tear or damage. If we determine that the complaint is justified, we will handle it by replacing spare parts, repairing, or exchanging.
Our starting point is always that we try to reach an agreement with you within all reasonableness.
